This class is a dedicated space for People of Color to practice yoga in a safe and empowering environment. Rooted in Hatha Yoga, the sessions combine movement, breath, and meditation to cultivate inner strength, clarity, and balance. Beyond the physical practice, the class is designed as a community space where shared experiences are honored and where participants can reconnect with themselves and their cultural roots. 

Open to all levels, the focus is on body awareness, grounding, and building resilience. The practice supports both physical well-being and emotional healing, encouraging participants to carry the benefits into their daily lives.
